Message	bumper cover just doen't do it for me. But if you like the look, it's your car. Regarding the front lip, if you're looking for just a lip I preffer the Stillen GTZ better than any other out there. If you are purchasing the entire front bumper, then the 99 Jspec would be my choice. But I preffer the look of the US OEM style best, with the GTZ lip. If you just not sure what route you want to go, just search for different set-ups then decide, it helped me make my desicions. "Wednesday's I host American Idol parties at my place.
